Cash for Kids - Limited Edition Mick Rock Photograph Tee
Our special Cash for Kids Day t-shirt for 2024 features the iconic 'Dude 72' picture by legendary rock photographer Mick Rock. Taken in Camden, London in 1972, it was almost the cover art for Mott The Hoople’s 'All The Young Dudes'. It shows the spirit of youth and how no matter what your surroundings, or what you have materially, you can still have Good Times.
Mick, who passed away in 2021, was a massive part of the Greatest Hits Radio family, believing in the station so much that he allowed many of his iconic artist images featuring the likes of Queen, David Bowie and Blondie to be used by us. Mick's wife Patti has kindly agreed to support Cash for Kids Day this year by donating the use of the photo for this t-shirt to create a truly unique item.

All profits from the sale of this t-shirt will go to Cash for Kids. Only available to pre-order until 11:59pm on Thursday 2nd May 2024. As this is a pre-order item, t-shirts will be printed and dispatched after the 2nd May 2024 and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. A minimum of £7 per t-shirt will be donated to Cash for Kids (registered charity 1122062 (England, Wales & NI); SC041421 (East Scotland) & SC003334 (West Scotland).
